David & Suanne Miller established Western Culture Creamery & Farmstead in 2015. Becoming USDA licensed in 2018. They are committed to producing the highest quality goat cheese from their small sustainable farm on the western slope of Colorado.
The Cheesemaker
Suanne is our cheesemaker, she specializes in small batch, hand crafted goat cheese. Dedicated to producing the highest quality cheeses, she is inspired by the beauty of the milk and seasoal flow of the farm. Suanne offers a wide variety of beautiful goat cheese.
The Farm Manager
David manages the farm. He shares a special bond with each & every goat. They all have a name and a special place in our hearts. His motto of "Goats First" is the driving force behind our farming practices. He planted the fields with the optimum hay for goats, keeps diligent health records, & runs a tight milking operation.
